We meet on 5 Mondays: February 20th to March 20th, 2023

There will be two options of session times, to allow for people in different time zones. Use the time zone converter to find the time in your region, and pick the session that works best for you.

● Session A: Mondays, 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Zone (New York, UTC-5) Time Zone Converter for session A, CLASSES 1-3.

● Session B: Mondays, 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m Eastern Standard Time Zone (New York, UTC-5) Time Zone Converter for session B, CLASSES 1-3.

Many participants also choose to stay on after class to continue with a more informal discussion.

All sessions will be recorded, for those who need to miss a session.
